Upgrade your plane, aircraft, tank or ship - we have extras for scales:
- 1:35, 1:48, 1:72 - planes, tanks and vehicles upgrades with photoetched frets
- 1:96, 1:100, 1:200 - card models
- 1:350, 1:700 ships barrels upgrade sets
- and other generic ones based on measures you need.

Shipping costs are calculated based on standard rates from Austrian Post and those can be double checked on Austrian Post web site under Rate Calculator. €2 are added as packaging fee.
Check-Out process calculates the total weight of products and proposes shipping method based on delivery address.
Shipments up to 2kg we ship as Priority Letters. Bear in mind - such shipments are not insured!
Typical envelope below 100 grams will cost you around €3-6; packages above 100g will cost around €7-10. If in doubt, please contact us.
Registered - insured - shipments are subject to additional charge of €2,85 and that option can be chosen from the Shipment Selection screen during check-out. We recommend this option. €2.85 more and there is no way to loose your package!
Boxes above 2kg are sent as priority parcels/packages - all are insured.

Priority post delivery times (working days excluding Sundays):
- Europe: 2-4 days - letters and 4-6 days – parcels;
- America and World: 3-7 days - letters and 4-8 days – parcels;
- Australia: 4-6 days - letters and 5-8 days – parcels;
We have also started to ship larger packages with UPS service; Check-Out procedure lists UPS prices which in some cases can be better or worse. The cost mainly depends on delivery address.
Please add 1-2 working days for order processing. 99% of products are on stock ready for immediate delivery and typically they will be shipped to you on the next day (CET). Items marked ***Temporarily Out of Stock*** are in most of the cases already being replenished. You will be contacted in case of any delays of availability issues.Orders records are updated in the database and you will receive notification emails - First status is Packaged & Ready for Shipment, and then finally Shipped. Then you can safely wait for your package.
In special cases i.e. required extra service, extra packaging, extra care - you will be contacted either by mail or phone. If you still have any doubts use JBModel Contact Form where also you have phone number and Skype details.
Returns
If ordered products somehow do not fit to your model, scheme/pattern or you simply do not like them just send them back.
Refunds will be issued upon goods arrival, please contact us to make sure things move smoothly and as fast as possible.
Payments
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, bank transfer. Credit cards transactions are processed either by PayPal or Qenta, Card-Complete Austrian provider (Visa and Mastercard) where your card is fully protected. We only get transaction confirmation information.
Within European Union good option can be as also bank transfer which typically takes 2-3 days between EU countries.
You also have an option to pay with cheque however bear in mind that cheque cleareance takes around 5 working days and is subject to extra bank charges - €6.50 and they should be issued in Euro.
